Designed bu Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo (WAT & G) a Newport beach California, the luzury resort villas stand as one of the resort's architectural landmarks. WAT & G is one of the world's leading architectural design firms specializing in hotel and resort planning. Among its countless design projects are the marvelous Hotel Bora Bora in French Polynesia, the Ritz-Carlton in California and Hotel Disneyland, among other names. At Fairways & Bluewater, each villa mirros the nostalgic charms and ornate details of Philippine ancestrial homes.

The Villas will be manages by the prestigious hotel chain ITT Sheraton, the same group which handles the managmeent of some of the world's major hotels and resort enclaves. On the other hand, the prestigious interior design firm, Philpotts Associates (Hawaii) bring tropical opulence to each and every one of the luxury resolt villas.
