A Share

- -20% discount based on the total contract price of the share
- 50% Downpayment (max. 7 days)
- -12 % discount based on the 50% D/P; 50% balance to be paid w/ in one (1) year (2 semi-annual PDC's); no interest
- 30% Downpayment (max. 7 days)
- -7% discount based on the 30% D/P

Note: In the aforementioned terms of payment, the 70% balance will be

C Share
Terms of payment will strictly be SPOTCASH and for which a 10% discount on the TCP
